Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking a Regional Manager (RM) to develop and grow the territory for Sonic’s thyroid cancer testing menu. This includes developing and executing a regional business plan as well as the specific sales strategy within a defined geographic region. The RM will be responsible for managing business results, sales activities and cross-functional initiatives with sister labs in their respective territory. He/She will be responsible for making day-to-day decisions required to manage a productive territory, retain existing customer base of business while growing sales through new account acquisition, both on an individual basis as well as through the relationship of representatives at sister labs. Securing and analyzing relevant information, knowledge of territory, market intelligence and political landscape, to identify key issues and committing to action after developing alternative solutions that take into consideration strategic objectives, resource constraints and organizational values. The RM will be responsible for the company's profitability by fostering relationships with potential customers and key decision-makers in the thyroid cancer market.
