Under the supervision of the CEO, the General Manager is the Senior Executive responsible for all Laboratory operational and business activities within the Joint Venture, as defined by the contractual documents, and the goals and objectives assigned by the SHUSA CEO and the Board of Managers. The GM works successfully within a matrix organizational structure designed to achieve productivity standards, performance to budget, quality and service excellence. This includes full P&L responsibility for the Laboratory and overall responsibility for on-boarding, retention, and quality service for all Laboratory accounts.
